Deck discussion for U/W Beastmode

You'r very heavy on blue mana. Isn't the double white going to be a problem on supreme verdict?

well no not really, I have 8 lands to give me plains, and I have two different counter spells that require 2 blue mana each. Which I think Im more likely to be using early and more often than I will be using supreme verdict. At least I think so lol

It's just i played a deck that was heavy blue with supreme verdicts and often ran into the problem of not being able to cast it on turn four, even with 8 dual lands. It was also a 25 land deck. The mystic gate may make it easier for you though. Maybe i'll give this deck a test on cockatrice later, i could be wrong.

Just had a test. I tried the control vs aggro match up, which is what supreme verdict is really good at, and i think i was right. But i also found another problem. Not only is it quite difficult to get the white mana, it's also quite difficult to even get to 4 mana before the game ends. You might need some more land in your deck. If you take two of some thing out and then add 2 plains, i think you'll be ok.

okay thanks, do you think I might need another form of control in here possibly? I do realize that very agro decks will take hard advantage of me having only one board wipe to deal with everything they play, but I don't want to make the wipes or clears a large priority.
