Your removal seems to focused on your creatures, I've played vampires a lot and I just can't do without having a ton on the field I would run oblivion rings, or dreadbore, or murder instead of the sacrifice ones. As far as creatures I don't like the neonate too much but it seems like a balanced card for the mana curve so that this with a grain of salt so to speak: I would try to fit in 2 Bloodline Keepers if possible. The extra creature creation is nice, and when transformed your pretty much just gonna win then. You could possible put them in place of the Chromatic Latern which I don't think you'll need but thats up to you. Especially if you get some of the new Ravnica dual lands.
