In my opinion, you don't really need Liliana. She works more in a discard deck or a weird control deck. Jace is fine if you add some more cards to help with the milling. Such as if you put Skaab Ruinator in your deck. You could also put Ponder or something else that would help you get him into the graveyard for an easier summoning. It is a nice deck overall though, and it looks fun to play. I just wouldn't keep Liliana, let alone 2 of her. But that's just my two cents.
Also, Grimoire of the Dead isn't that great of a card. It seems like an excellent card, which it can be. But for the most part it doesn't work that well. But again, it's my experience with the card.

The deck looks like it is pretty good, but I agree with electricSoap on a few things Liliana is a good card but I wouldn't put her in a deck like this. I can't say anything bad about having a grmorie of the dead in the deck because I run one tho I have not yet use it to its fullest potential. But other then that the deck looks really good.
The problem with the Skaabs is that they exile another creature from the Graveyard, same with the Alchemist. This is counter-intuitive to the Grimoire. If you're "dead-set" on running the Grimoire then I'd suggest going the mill route. Also the Storm is soooo expensive that by the time you get it out, it really doesn't matter that you're paying 0 for your Zombies. I suggest -2 Grimoire -2 Rooftop Storm +4 Ghoulcaller's Chant Lastly I personally feel that you're a touch light on the lands. I'd like to see the count in the 22-24 range with the curve you're sporting (plus the expensive flashback of your spells).
Id take out Grimoire and rooftop storm. Your most expensive zombie is a 4 drop. You cant even play rooftop till turn 6. I'd add mor removal like go for the throat or doom blade. Also ghoulcallers chant is great for reurning 2 of your zombies for only one mana. I agree that Lilly doesn't do a whole lot for you in this deck. Jace however is not so bad. If you keep Jace I'd add at least one more Alchemist though.
With all the above comments i must agree with them all -2 Grimoire of the Dead, -2 Rooftop Storm, -2 Liliana of the Veil. For example of zombie cards maybe try Lich Lord of Unx, Vedalken Ghoul, etc etc. I dont know exactly why you have Jace, Memory Adept in there unless your trying to also win by milling? So if you just want zombies i recommend removing them and adding counter spells, or removal spells, etc. Unless you want mill as a backup maybe add more mill cards like Dream Twist, Glimpse the Unthinkable, etc. Just some suggestion.
