Commander Eesha + Captain of the Watch + Concerted Effort gives all creatures you control Flying, Protection from creatures, and Vigilance. CHARRRGE!!! When you full on attack with just those 2 and the 3 tokens Captain of the Watch gives you when she comes into play thats 11 damage to pass around the battlefield each turn. Palace Guard + Commander Eesha + Concerted Effort allows you to block any number of creatures without having to take any damage. Looks nice and I like the concept. Only suggestion I have is to get your mana curve down a bit. I know you have lots of creatures that make things cheaper but I would personally lose a few of the biggest. How about replacing True conviction and Celestial mantle with 2 Preeminent Captain to give you another way to get out your biggest soldiers, he also has 1st strike that he can share with Concerted Effort. Good luck I also would drop arrest in favor of something like Path to Exile or swords to plowshares.
