According to the commander rules any card that has a mana symbol on it outside of the mana symbols on your commander card are not legal. The only exception is reminder text like for extort. You will have to remove the black/blue cards.

because its just a 4/4 and the ability is exile the creatureband in sultai you want cards in your graveyard, not just to be exiling them every turn and not getting them back. Even if you choose not to do the ability, its still a 4/4 for 5 or something lik that
