This is a first attempt at an EDH deck based on the cards available (mostly Return to Ravnica block, and a smattering of cards from earlier). I selected "Isperia, Supreme Judge" to take the lead.The Sideboard cards are just junk leftover that didn't seem worth including, but are available if somehow might fit in in some significant way later after pruning.The "flavor" of this deck is Azorius is on the hunt for criminals and have prayed to the gods to bring the Angels and spirits to help them keep things in line while they are on their investigation.
This will likely be played in a 3-5 person multiplayer game. Hoping to use Isperia's card draw to keep the land coming in, as well as some additional mana fixing cards in play.
