what is the point of staff of nin?

Card drawing, this deck can get flooded at times and needs the card drawing for some of its win conditions to work well.
this deck is actually very nice, I like a lot of the interactions and the hands I draw are good or can be fixed by faithless looting, but I have to say you got to drop the staff of nins. It slows for down is really without a purpose expect maybe be against control but if that is the case you need to sideboard it. Otherwise a great deck
What would you suggest to replace it in the deck?
