I like it, the only thing i would change is instead of 2 champion of parish i would run four. I would remove one Gideon's avenger and one Gideon's lawkeeper. Also I forgot to add instead of the two Marshaling Cry maybe put two Marshall's Anthem. For because your creatures keep the +1/+1 and you could kick it for 2cmc one plains one colorless.

Very mana heavy i would use 24 land! Also maybe some Searing Spears in there where possible?
I do like searing Spears but this deck is a white deck. I really debated on putting Arrows of Justice in since it is a dual mana card but it fit well. I am not a big fan of 24 mana either. My max is usually 22 lands.
