thanks a bunch for pointing out that card...its pretty killer...it didn't show up or i overlooked it...i just picked up a play set of the hydra...i think i will switch up the tablet of guilds for the hydra...i like that the slitherheads scavenge for 0 and cast for 1, perfect for jarad's orders and bone splinters...i think i will drop the scorpions and go with some undying like you mentioned...anything in mind for undying...new gatecrash has a gain a +1/+1 each upkeep...i should look at that set also.

i know that hellrider is more effective with a ton of creature tokens attacking but i wanted to try and help out a solid red vampire deck. if i can last for rogue's passage with balefire dragon and have a curse of stalked prey on the opponent i can start making a comeback.
i'm light on M13...its the only newer set i'm missing...i'm looking for foils to replace Dream Twist...i don't gain from a graveyard spell with the flashback...2 mana instead of 3 for one more card...thank you for pointing that out
