This deck is built for a couple of purposes: duplicating small spells and small creatures that affect your spells, and casting enormous creatures for free and casting overload cards for free
Use Jhoira of the Ghitu, your commander, to play big creatures or instants with overload. Use the find artifact abilities to get the other 2 Jhoira cards on the field. then remove time counters from suspended cards to get them into play faster. duplicate spells if need be there is a lot of ability for that.
