I've been thinking of this idea for months but I could never find the right card for it, and then I found this decks saving grace, silverblade paladin. Get that boy out on wolfir silverheart then attack for a potentially lethal blow. The hydras and elderscale are just to make sure you will always have a combo on the way.
Drop some mana ramps and start dropping huge creatures preferably soulbound to either wolfir or silverblade drop rancor or a charm to make them unstoppable.
