get rid of fiddlehead kami, haru-onna, kami of the hunt, kami of the waning moon. they arent that useful. Put in more multiples of cards so that you get the ones you need more often. I would say putting more diety of scars in, more soilshapers, maybe one more infernal kirin just so you get it. get rid of horobi's whisper since it is color specific or put it the sideboard. Put in more kodamas reaches and more rend flesh, maybe another choice of damnation. I would think about more mana acceleration as well. some of these cards are a bit hefty. Maybe boost your lands to 22 or 23. The mos important tip i can give you is to figure out which cards you need the most and put more copies of those cards in and then get rid of the other ones you don't really need. I hope that helped. Good start and idea though. I haven't seen many spirit decks. If you are going legacy format i might recomend phantom nantuko or phantom tiger or phantom centaur. those are great spirit cards.
