possibly add 2 roast to sideboard over swell and 1 jadi offshoot
didn't get paid as soon as i thought i would, i have managed to trade for most of the cards but i should be getting paid at the end of this week, and then ill play it Friday next week, looking forward to it
Im liking it and the small landfall creatures easily made big is great, the only things im not completely sure about are radiant flames, seeing as how your only running 2 colors it doesn't reach its full power, it's also not too great because your creatures are naturally small, its also a sorcery so you have to spend the mana that you should be saving for things like atarka's command to beef up scythe leopard on turn 2, and on turn 4 or 5 you could easily just kill them with a mix of leopard, artakas command and temur battle rage, so i think it would be better to go down that route instead, things like Omnath arn't gonna be too useful because they take too long to cast and you want to blow them up extremely early so that even if they do recover from leopard they will have to play at the disadvantage of almost no health against a red deck, so all in all, you just need to cut the big creatures or sideboard them and add more low mana removal, fiery impulse, wild slash, etc
i've definitely been wanting to remove swell of growth but can't think of something to replace it with, its going out now, and den protecter will be replacing Atarka, who is good, but not good enough for mainboard, i'll probly also cut one canopy vista so i can put in one sword, though like you said, sword of the animist wouldn't be very good in long games as i would quickly run out of basics to fetch, so if it looks like the matches are going to be long Slabhammer will switch to mainboard, I've also discussed Anafenza, Kin Tree Spirit with a friedn of mine and he thinks she would be good also, though i dont know if she will end up mainboard or sideboard, and by using her ill have to shift my mana around a littleAnd i'll definitely go check out your landfall deck, its always nice to get an outside opinion on a deck
I didn't even think of servant of the scale, thats a pretty baller card for what im trying to accomplish with this deck he'll most likely end up replacing hierarch while honored leaves the picture completely, im also going to completely cut beastcaller savant in exchange for avatar of the resolute. And on the matter of white, it would definitely be worth it for the access to more fetch lands and dramokas command/valorous stance, but i dont think anafenza really has a place here considering shes double white, the only thing that should be double is green considering red is only in their for shaman of the great hunt, atarka's command and the fetch, so i will most likely add white, but the only way ill be able to access it is through fetch, or canopy vista (or maybe battlefield forge). Other than that the only things that i didnt like about your copy's was rot shambler , for what he does rot shamber is not worth even the 2 mana, as his ability only benefits from your creatures dying, this means thaty for several turns after you play him he'll only be a 1/1 blocker and is too slow for this. Btw, thanks for actively contributing to this deck, gave me a lot of new ideas and really helped it come together
I considered NIssa, didn't even think of Sword, definitely going in there somewhere, but i would have to figure out what to replace
Have yet to playtest it considering im broke, but i plan to play it at an event in about 2 weeks
The Alhammarret pulls are pretty nice but don't have a lot of strong card draw for Sphinx's Tutelage to really bring out its full effects, you might want to consider one more of the Tutelage and some Alchemist's vial or other good artifacts so that you can also run Artificer's Epiphany, really pumps out more card draw with artifacts
i don't think this really deserves the tag Origins when it only has 5 cards from it
