Deck Description

Mill, untap, mill, untap, mill, untap.......win

How to Play

Get out Grindclock early and protect it with counter spells.

You can also use it many times per turn using Kiora's follower and Prophet of Kruphix. For example, if your opponents turn is about to end, you have two Kiora's follower, a prophet of Kruphix and a Grindclock with 5 charge counters on it, you can mill 15 cards at the end of his turn, 15 cards during your turn and another 15 at the start of your opponents upkeep. 45 in total! The maths does get quite hard here because you have to determine the expected amount times you would be likely to mill using Grindclock and what the best amount of charge counters would be to put on it. In the previous example, it would have been better to place two charge counters on it with the first ability and then tapping it 7 more times for the mill do mill a total of 7*7=49 cards!

Another nice little trick with Kiora's follower is when they attack, you can untap daring thief using Kiora's follower and steal their biggest attacker and use it to block another attacker. This does rely on daring thief being tapped though.

This deck is still in production and any comments will be heavily appreciated!

Deck discussion for Blue Green Millclock

I have a different version of this deck, it's pretty mana heavy though... Takes a while to get going, but the basis of the deck is to have Chasm Skulker out or a few of them, but start playing phytotitan's then play Life's Legacy and Sacrifice Phytotitan draw 7 cards, add 7 +1/+1 counters to Chasm Skulker, at the beginning of your next upkeep return Phytotitan to the battlefield plus add a prophet of kruphix out... Then once you do that a few times, use Restock and bring back your Life's Legacy cards to you're hand... Although it doesn't work unfortunately without Jace's Erasure or a few of them... Every time you draw a card you mill them for 1, so yeah it's a work in progress though.

I like Green/Blue Decks for this reason. They start with a single idea and then the deck develops around them. Kind of like the science that the Simic were developing. It is an interesting concept though. It would be great if the current meta was a bit slower so decks like this could go competitive.
