You're mana base is terrible and I can't really help because I don't know what format your going for here.

Going for aggro spirits, however, the mana issue comes with the lingering souls. instead of transguild promenade im gonna put in vivid meadows. is that any better?
a lot if you're going for the cheap solution I would also add Sejiri Refuge (Cost friendly). however if you wanna go all the way I recommend more glacial fortress, Hallowed Fountain, and of course Mystic Gate.
