A shade deck were i try to pump as much mana i can into the shades with their ability and have the howling mines and underworld dreams combo thrown in there.

Looks ok, I'd swap Clinging Darkness, Altar of Shadows and Devour in Shadow by better removal spells like Sudden Death, Last Gasp, Assassinate, Eyeblight's Ending, etc...
