Deck Description

Jund midrange/ramp, I got beat by a form of this at FNM (though I beat other people playing basically the same thing). I never got to see the guy's decklist, so im trying to figure out best build for it. Deck has a pretty decent matchup against most of the main strategies, but after sideboard I can bring in Rakdos charm against graveyard(mostly unburial rites) and creature swarm. Slaughter games kills control decks that only bring one or two ways to win(plus ruins combo decks). Golgari charm kills Avacyns pilgrim/arbor elf, destroys control's enchantments, and lets me regenerate against aggro decks. Sever the Bloodline kills tokens and removes indestructible creatures. The extra Voldaren comes in against other Jund, Naya, Rites, or G/W decks to steal their big creatures(especially Falkenrath Aristocrat, I can steal it for just barely more than it costs to cast in 1st place), or to deal 1 to arbor elf and Avacyns pilgrim.

This is yet the best deck I've seen of this cathegory!.. :)

I'd play 23 lands & 1 more Dreadbore in the mainboard...

Drop connections & the Shaman from the sideboards!.. ...put in a 4th Slaughter Games(U'll get chanse against the strongest control decks, if you play 4) & 4 Rakdos Charm(expecially against grave decks, but also good against tokens)...

I'd play 2 Sever the Bloodline in the sideboards against tokens & indestructible creatures, like Predator Ooze & Avacyn...

The remaining 1 space could be used for a 4th Golgari Charm, 'cuz it's very useful, so you can't have enough of it... ...you can eleminate Detention Sphere/Oblivion Ring, Parallel Lives, etc... ...you can also protect your creatures, even against Supreme Verdict & can eleminate small tokens, mana creatures & lots of early game players...

...don't use this much nonbasic land!.. ...in the early game, you could end uphaving only M13 duals in hand & that's gonna' hand you a slow start...

Thanks for the input Poet, your a good builder and i really appreciate your opinion, especially on the sideboard(Im not great at building sides). I'll add the 4th Slaughter Games and Golgari charm, and I will add some Rakdos charms. I'll also add Sever the Bloodline and fix the lands, 12 duals is probly too much( 24 lands,4 dragonskulls with set of Rakdos keyrune? What was I thinking?) I haven't had the chance to play this one at FNM yet, so I know my sideboard wasn't great

Thanks again for your input, could you also help me with my G/W aggro? Im pretty sure the maindeck is good, but I could use some help with the sideboard.

Love that they made the Charms good enough to be played either main- or sideboard in most decks of the color. I just wish they had done a better job with the leaders(who barely get play in any deck that isn't theme based) Hope the gatecrash Charms are just as good and the leaders are better!

Domri Rade is probably going to be around $50 ea if I were to guess. Better get your pre-order ready because everyone is going to suck his d*ck harder than a $5 dollar hooker for coke off the stomach.

Domri Rade is gonna be a boss(assuming those weren't faked, but i'd bet they're real). However, this isn't the deck I'm going to be playing him in. Im currently looking at a Naya deck myself. Once we get the shocklands to fix Naya mana base, it has Thrag+Resto, and I cant wait to pair Aurelia with a Wild Beastmaste equipped with Rancor(+3/+3 to all, then attack again with additional +3/+3 to all). The main reason Jund beats Naya right now is because Naya is missing 2 shocklands, not 1, and because Naya has a smaller RTR pool. Naya will Domri Rade, Garruk(PH), the Thrag/Resto combo(near unbeatable), arbor elf/pilgrim, whatever ramp Gruul brings(they have to get some), Huntmaster, Bonfire, and hopefully some Boros removal(some kind of righteous anger-themed removal). I seriously doubt anything else will be able to beat it(the Garruk+Rade will be nightmares for control decks).
I just hope Simic(my favorite guild) gets some love, I would love to be able to play them(maybe in a GBU deck)
