Not Very Rakdos...

Main Deck (60 cards)

Sideboard (0 cards)

No sideboard found.

The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Deck Description

This deck may be R/B, but its far from a Rakdos creature swarm. Evasive creatures holding Runchanters pike provide inevitability, while tons of removal controls the board.
I really like this idea and want to get it competitive, any comment/ CONSTRUCTIVE criticism is welcome, PLEASE tell me what you think even if you aren't sure if it would help.
(feedback is the whole reason I put decks on here, dont be shy with it)

Deck discussion for Not Very Rakdos...

Blue is way Better for this ( invisible stalker giest of saint traft etc etc)
I do like vexing devil undying evil interaction
The more I look at this deck the more I think red black is the worst color scheme for it
But you should add in 3x key rune
2x thundermaw hellkite
4x zealous conscripts
Remove undying evil and te devil as well as the ring you will rarely have mana for it to work anyway

The biggest problem I see here is that you run 12 creatures, all of them easy to remove. I understand you have the rings in there to protect them, but you can only equip in sorcery speed..

I aggree with Trollking here, R/U is a much nicer color combo for this setup.

I also aggree that Keyrunes, Hellkite and possibly Archwing Dragon. These are all creatures that survives sweeps and can only be controled/destroyed by instants.

With those creatures you could run Killing Wave as a nice Sweeper.

I agree that R/B is a bit of a better color set overall, and I actually did make a R/B version of this deck before, heres the link http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=400295. Please tell me what you think about that version.

I built this particular deck out of mostly cards I already had, and am working on getting the rest(pretty cheap aside from lands, i already own all the core set duals, and am working on getting all the shocklands without paying $500 for them, they'll help me get into modern and will be a staple in every Sandard deck til they rotate out).
I get bored of decks pretty easily, I like to make new decks out of my existing collection to play with friends(or betweem FNM matches). While this isn't a deck I would play at FNM, its fun, interesting, and pretty cheap.
Here is my real FNM deck http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=402347
and my competitive decks that i play on Cockatrice and with proxies but am WAY too poor to build
