Woooow awesome deck!
Really like the bloodrush, suprise buff spells and creatures in one!

You just have the 'Ghor-Clan Rampager' who has (or can provide) trample.
Would be a shame if a 1/1 would block your 12/12 elemental and nothing would happen right?
'Collosal Might' is an awesome card to buff your creatures even more, and give them trample.
'Kessig Wolf Run' is a land which can do the same.

I always like it when my deck completely fits the guild theme (Gruul), so I would get rid of the 'Rakdos Cacklers' and replace it by 'Tattermunge Maniac' or another 'Kird Ape' (which is a sublime choise btw).

If you use the bloodrush ability a lot, your creatures would end up in the graveyard instead of the battlefield.
To solve this problem I would use 'Fossil Find', 'Eternal Witness' or 'Nature's Spiral'.
You could also add more 'Pyrewild Shamans'.

You don't need manamorphose, the mana you need {R}{G} is provided by your lands or creatures.
I would also cut Zhur-Taa Swine, simply because of it's high mana cost (both bloodrush and regular cost).
I would replace it for the cheaper (and better) Slaughterhorn.
Skullcrack is a good card, but it seems like an odd one out with all the other Gruul cards.

What do you think about this list?

//Creature (26)
4 Burning-Tree Emissary
4 Ghor-Clan Rampager
4 Kird Ape
4 Pyrewild Shaman
4 Rubblehulk
4 Slaughterhorn
2 Eternal Witness

//Instant (6)
2 Gruul Charm
4 Colossal Might

//Sorcery (2)
2 Fossil Find

//Planeswalker (4)
2 Garruk, Caller of Beasts
2 Xenagos, the Reveler

//Land (22)
7 Forest
4 Kessig Wolf Run
7 Mountain
4 Stomping Ground
