A cheap non-vamp standard mono black deck. Probably get it's butt kicked but oh well... It's just a bunch of creatures. Commons and Uncommons only. Inexpensive cards.

You would be fine to play on 20 land with this deck. I would drop looming shade and 4 land, and get 4 doom bolt and 4 disfigures/duresses

I think you mean "Doom Blade"? I agree. Doom Blade can actually be expensive $$-wise, that's the only reason I didn't add it in here. I was trying to make this deck as cheap and basic as possible. But you are right, 24 lands is a bit much for this deck....
