The only thing I see as a problem is the 4 Sol rings, Seeing as you can't have a playset in a deck
Artifact lands don't count as basics is the only thing I'd say
Try to bring your land base down to maybe 24 at max, Maybe try to mix in some more creatures. Herald of war Helps play Humans for slightly cheaper, there are a couple Soulbond humans that would work very well with this, and I'd personally have more than 1 copy of each angel
Question: Why Warleader's helix Instead of lightning Helix
way too many lands, and just too many cards in general.

They are an Enchantment before they are a creature, meaning An enchantment Cant be a commander.
You Can't use the gods as Commanders, They're enchantments Before they're Creatures
Add dismember
Skaabs are superior.
