no, EDH is a Commander and 99 cards, running no more than 1 copy of each

for sure.....also, more cards...EDH is exactly 100 card, so youre running a bit short

with Rhys as a commander, you acant run anything with blue in the cost. Supply//Demand has blue on the card, and cant be run with that commander. I do think however, that adding blue to the deck would make for some pretty powerful token creation and control options. Rafiq of the Many, Jenara, Asura of War, Treva the renewer all fit the colors to make a pretty strong Bant deck

with a Reckoner on the board, you can Blasphemous Act, wiping the board and dealing 13 damage to the opponent. Magmaquake works as spot removal in the same way. you can go small to take out 2/2 and keep your reckoner alive, or go big to hit hard.

Sensai's Divining Top, Sol Ring, Lightning Greaves, Swiftfoot Boots, DarkSteel Plate, Nevinryll's Disk

Make room for those, they are all incredibly useful in ANY EDH deck.

Also, Journeyer's Kite and Explorer's Scope are better than Wanderer's Twig

ok...this is a pretty common mistake. You have a sweet idea, and youre excited about it, fine, I get that, but You have WAY too many "clone" type spells and only one actual target. the deck is building up as a modern deck, so youll have to deal with a ton of removal and other problems. you need to leave room for your own answers. Rootborn Defenses is a GREAT answer for mass removal, especially if you already have a token on the board. I think Parallel Lives slows you down too much to be worthwhile.

I run a Biovisionary deck, it did very well at FNM last night, finishing 4-1 and in 3rd place. heres a link:http://www.mtgvault.com/ninjastyle612/decks/biovisionary-turbofog/

The main point of the deck is to delay until you can get a biovisionary in your hand with a counterpart, and a couple populate spells. you want to leave room in your deck for answers to problems. sitting there with 7 "copy creature" spells and nothing to copy gets you nowhere.

taking out Wake the Reflection changes my potential win from turn 8 to turn 11. Cackling counterpart has flashback, so running fewer of them isnt a big deal. simic charm is only used to keep spot removal from hitting, and I have indestructible otipons for direct damage/verdict.

the main reason to run Varolz is to scavenge CHEAP creatures, which this deck lacks. I dont think hes good here. especially since his ability is sorcery speed. Bloodrush is better as a wincon, simply because its cheaper and faster. dont get me wrong, I love Varolz, but he just doesnt fit as well here as he does other places.

I like Garruk, Primal over Relentless. his card draw option is huge. and Messanger is decent as well, but the BBB is tough to get in a 3 color deck and not become sidetracked. the rest are pretty meh, imo

I just dont see any good scavenge targets for Varolz....he works best with things like Diregraf Ghoul, Vexing Devil, and Slumbering Dragon

to be honest, its OK, but not great. you need some early game stuff, and you dont have many great scavenge targets. maybe drop Varolz and add Strangleroot Giest

Charm is decent, and Revelation is expensive. I would work a couple Giests in though. theyre seriously good with flicker

Think Twice is a good card draw option, and if you need chump blockers, Strangleroot Giest is great with closet out, because he loses his counter when he flickers, making him super tough to kill. if you need a flier for chump blocking, Stormbound Giest is a good option
