no one needs three blue chancellors in a deck. i think two at max. i'd put in a jace any of them really. you need more control. vaporsnag, disperse, ice cage etc. and above all my personal favorite tumble magnet.

cheers for the comment, the idea behind it was to create something budget friendly for a friend, the sword (allthough expensive and probs wont get put in) was a idea, the other thing i wanted to do was make it standard legal for post rotation, so only viable jace would be memory and as hes pretty expensive still not really possible. but ill try make some cuts and edits :) in terms of the lands, what do u think would be likely mana requirement?
