Yes, I'm not quite sure what to do about it other than remove some of the expensive fungi and replace them with either smaller fungi or something.
Well you could always put in an extra of the scute mob and primordial - great cards in the deck for a cheap cost. And then take out two 5-mana cards? I would probably take out sporemound
