Angel of Glory's Rise exiled by a Fiend Hunter. Use Falkenrath to sacrifice the Fiend Hunter when your graveyard is built up a bit. Make sure that you use a least 1 Fiend Hunter to exile your Angel. Kessig Malcontents there for the burn factor with the mass graveyard revivals. Conscripts there for anything that you don't want used against you. Unburial for Angels, Falkenrath or Fiend Hunter. In the end you can just go through the cycle of sacrificing Fiend Hunter off Angel with Falkenrath buffing her up. As your humans come back from the graveyard, exile angel with a fiend hunter, burn them with malcontents if they come back, take anything that might be used to block Falkenrath with Zealous Conscripts. Sacrificing everything with Falkenrath and swing in when you think you have enough counters on her to make your opponent hate your deck.

You'll probably want something that allows you so sacrifice your creatures, to enable the infinite-combo with Angel Of Glory's Rise, Fiend Hunter and huntmaster.
