This started out as a joke deck, but ended up being fairly good. The overall purpose is to be annoying. So create an impenetrable wall of rats, take away your opponent's life, destroy their creatures, and, for good measure, make them discard some cards. Disadvantage-wise... it doesn't have much protection from flying or from an entirely artifact deck.
