Deck Description

This is my version of the ever popular infect deck. It was originally black green and blue, but with the addition of wild definace, I took out the black to streamline things. Specifically I removed hands of the Praetors. Who would have thought that a 4cmc card would be too slow!

Deck discussion for Simic Infect

needs some cards for the late game as if ur opponent gets archon of redemptoin out on round two like in the grave born deck then this deck will lose as u cant attack so maybe some thing to take out creatures and put some later game cards in comment on my deck plz http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=34813

I don't see how archon of redemption would stop me from attacking? I swing when I am unblockable so the defensive power doesn't mean much.

Run Vapor Snag instead of Unsummon and Vines of Vastwood instead of Titanic Growth, add some Tezzeret's Gambit too, and finaly replace Simic Growth Chamber with Breeding Pool or Hinterland Harbor. Hope it helps, please comment my deck if have time, http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=347794

My mistake with Vapor Snag, not for this deck. You could try Snap instead of Unsummon.

I had vines in the deck, but I took it out for invigorate. Not that I look at it, I should have taken out the titanics. I love my dual lands for some reason, simic has been well worth it on many occasions. Breeding pool is a bit pricy for my tastes, hinterland could be a good replacement. I guess with the super low mana requirements of this deck I may not be getting the milage out of my double lands. I didn't have tezzeret's in because it has a relatively high cmc for the deck. Have you found it to be worth it? I like to keep my decks at 60 cards so what would you tale out?
