A big card I've noticed in standard right now is ratchet bomb, so you gotta look out for that, especially in this deck.

I know it breaks your 2cmc rule here but running immortal servitude for protective measures verse something like that might not be a bad idea.

Or Rootborn Defenses in sideboard might be actually better against Ratchet Bomb.
When you see Ratchet Bomb being seted up. You just keep 3 mana open to make your guys indestructible.

That too, either way, just want to make sure you dont set yourself up for disaster with that,Ive always liked immortal servitude, but rootborn would give ya another token too with precinct captains ability.

If he has out thalia tho he'll have to pay 4 for that.

he would have to pay 6 for servitude if he has Thalia out.....so yeah....

this is also very true, either way you wanna look at it, rootborn is situational, you have to have the mana right then and there for it to be helpful, immortal allows for you to bring everything back, whether you have 1 human die a turn or a field wipe for them all to die at once.

if you want speed I would like to suggest :

remove thalia, put it in SB, imposing should be at least three, imagine playing imposing on second turn, a free swing for your third turn.

use knight of glory over elite inquisitor

boros elite over doomed traveler......... (batalion)

limit your sorcery/instant spell to 8 and make way for fiendslayer and silverblade paladins

for your finisher... put angelic overseer.... up ... up and away...

but i guess most of these human cards will rotate... anyway hope these help.

all I saw here was "Hey bro, this deck is good, but completely rebuild it right before rotation"

and Doomed Traveler is infinitely better than Boros Elite.

I've actually considered adding Boros Elite, but Doomed traveler keeps a creature on the board after one dies, plus it will give me a Flying advantage.
I have also thought of adding an Exalted creature like Knight of Glory. I like this trade off.

Thanks.

Door of Destinies makes everything better in a creature focused deck!

Wow.. this is a good card. Might be worth breaking my CMC <= 2 rule.

Thanks!

One maybe card you can throw in. "Door of Destinies" Standard card. Costs 4 colorless. Name a creature everytime a creature comes out put a charge on the door. Every charge on the door all creatures of the chosen type get +1/+1 for each charge on the door. Maybe just one door in your deck tho. -1 plains. Since the rest of your entire deck is less than 2 mana 0_o

Oooh. Sorry, I missed this comment. Just now getting back to it. This is a great idea. Thanks!

Ajani, a bit of evasion will help a lot, as will the +1/+1 counters you can put on Mikaeus to keep him pumped up.

I have just one small suggestion. Kazandu Blademaster. He is a good soldier and has the chance to add +1 counters if you get multiple of him.

It's a standard deck. Solid creature though.

I've been wanting to build a mono-white deck for a while now, and it wouldn't be too hard considering the disproportionate amount of white cards there are in Magic. This is an awesome deck and I may actually build this one :D

have you thought about "Gather the Townsfolk*" or "Honor of the Pure**"?

*:{1}{w}- Put two 1/1 white Human creature tokens onto the battlefield. Fateful hour -- If you have 5 or less life, put five of those tokens onto the battlefield instead.
**:{1}{w}- White creatures you control get +1/+1.

Gather the Townsfolk is an awesome choice.
Honor of the Pure looks like it's not available in standard. :(

the majority of this deck wont be available in standard in just over a week from now, are you gonna change it?

Cavern of Souls in place of 4 plains is great.
Path to exile is the best removal available, I would run 4.
Honor of the Pure is great in mono white.

That is just a few things off the top. I like the deck! - maybe sideboard some aether vials also.

Check out my mono white modern deck.
