Mono black human sacrifice is the theme here:Drop those bad boys on to the field and have a field day with sacrifice effects and death triggers!Dire Fleet Hoarder, Disciple of Perdition or even Phyrexian Vivisector can be utilized as sacrifice fodder when needed. Your main win conditions should often be Feaster of Fools, Fiend of the Shadows, Village Cannibals, Xathrid Necromancer and sometimes even Necrosynthesis. Disciple of Griselbrand or Dockside Chef could be useful as additional sacrifice-sources. The budget would also allow for some Bastion of Remembrance.
The Bastion costs a lot of money nowadays, but I'll add the Disciple to the sideboard as a burn-counter.
