Deck Description

"Quit daydreaming - slurp up your soil!"
- Slogurk's mom, probably

This is a Budget Elder Dragon Highlander deck (BEDH). It is meant for the Elder Dragon Highlander format, a.k.a. Commander. If you are not familiar with the format, I'll link it below for you.

I mostly use MTG Vault for my own private projects nowadays, but feel free to comment or request a deck of your choice. I've loved the Vault so far, and I like that they are still improving on it, as well as I am improving on my English language skills.

So, if you like what you see, consider checking out some of my other budget-y work from the link below.

How to Play

Now this is something different: Simic land-based self-mill EDH deck! Slogurk surely knows how to make things interesting!

This whole deck is based around Slogurk, so it is advised to keep it safe at any cost. It is usually easy with their own ability to return to your hand (and thus dodge most kill spells available), but caution should still be exercised while having Slogurk on board.

This deck has quite a few win cons, since winning might not self-explainatory while playing a hyper-specified deck like this. Take a look at some of the following:
- Slogurk + Adventuring Gear / Evolutionary Escalation / Exponential Growth = EASY COMMANDER DAMAGE BEATDOWN
- Llanowar Scout / Skyshroud Ranger / Scaled Herbalist + Simic Growth Chamber / Guildless Commons + Retreat to Coralhelm = INFINITE LANDFALL TRIGGERS
- Baloth Woodcrasher / Oran-Rief Hydra + Dragon-Throne of Tarkir = A HUGE BUFF TO ALL CREATURES
- Rampaging Baloths / Sporemound / Gelatinous Genesis + Biomass Mutation / Dragon-Throne of Tarkir = EASY GROUP BEATDOWN

Pros:
+ Relaxing to play: just farm up those lands!

Cons:
- Winning might not be self-explainatory.
- Low on removal.
