I know this is a budget deck, but replacing Seething Song with Desperate Ritual would make it Modern legal. Also, since you are already getting a badass deck for under $10, if you have some extra cash laying around and don't know what to do with it (lmao), I'm sure there is a way to toss in 2-3 Eye of Ugin's. "Colorless Eldrazi spells you cast cost 2 less to cast."
