I would look into centering this deck around Megrim and drudge skeletons, and 4 of the hypnotic spectre. I think it would be useful to lower the mana curve a bit and only focus on one or two high-mana bombs.

No, no, no. No-more Hypnotic Specters. They cost far too much.
Maybe sliding in a Crypt Ghast or two would help with this mana curve so so much or some other card that does the same thing? I can't remember the name of it but there is another card that has the same effect as Ghast

Yeah I didn't realize it costed so much sorry about that! Does Praotor's Grasp allow you to cast the card as many times as you want? If they had a black instant could you only play it once or as many times as you want?
No, sorry. You can only play it from the exile, then it is no-more in the exile, because it is on the field or in grave.
