Deck discussion for Budget Decks: Esper

Ah. You're back.
I see now that budget decks are your mission. Keep it up. That being said. I'm having the worst Magic Identity Crisis I've had in a long time. And your Budget Mill Deck got me out of my slump. Thank you.

Hey there, I really like this deck and have been looking at your esper artifact decks and I've noticed some commonalities with my own, http://www.mtgvault.com/liamgoodale/decks/esperart-v3/

I really appreciate your decks, and I am trying to make my own budget one.
I've been modifying this deck for so long and I have a lot of cards that could go in it, but it's never consistent enough to win unless people go easy on me. I'm trying to refine this deck to keep up with my friends (with werewolf, affinity, and flash decks, for example) and I don't want a rush deck really, but I want to be able to survive and get to play one or two of my higher CMC cards before the game is over, so maybe the current style of the deck is a ramp/beatdown? I'm pretty new to the game though so I will appreciate insight into any direction you think might be best, given what I already have in place for a decklist.

Please give me some advice (hopefully using mostly cards I have already --in my extensive "sideboard") and I would greatly appreciate your help. I've asked other people but they tell me I should go all out rush or control, and often times try to get me to buy a whole new deck, but I think the cards I already have can work, and it's pretty decent as is.

As you will see, I've been avoiding sorceries or instants altogether, however, I might go for thoughtcast if need be because faerie mechanist is my only draw mechanism. I've thrown a lot of info at you, but you seem to be the guy to help me out. Thank you!

Amendment: I didn't know thought cast was over a dollar. Would prefer cheaper drawing mechanism
