Hi!I just came into possession of a Mirko Vosk, Mind drinker card. I also have Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver, and some other Blue/Black cards (Phenax, God of Deceit, Disciple of Deceit) or Dimir cards (Stolen Identity, Paranoid Delusions) or at least some fitting cards (Infernal Kirin, In Garruk's Wake). I was wondering if you could make a Budgetish deck based around these cards, preferably EDH (with Mirko Vosk as its General), but it would also be cool if it was just a normal deck.Thanks!

Reminds me a lot of my old Standard Rakdos aggro deck. I loved that deck.That said though, I think that you should SB some 1 drop creatures e.g. Monastery Swiftspear or Rakdos Cackler

Yes you may. I'll be adding it into the sideboard, but it will not have a maindeck slot thanks to its clumsy mana cost.Thank you for suggesting.
if you have dreadbore where would i substitute it in i know its more expensive but i already own it and i really like the deck also what would be a good card in place of the mardu roughrider
I would suggest Assemble the Legion from sideboard. It is a really good 5-drop, just like the Roughrider.

Also a Bloodsoaked Champion would be nice in this deck. It has a pretty good combo with Butcher of the Horde.
