How to Play

This deck's sole purpose is to win by using only Etrata's abilities.

- Since Etrata already is unblockable, all you pretty much need to do is to make sure she can attack immediately when needed. Battle Rampart and Goblin Motivator are exactly what you need. If you don't happen to have those, you can always use Expedite.

- Since Etrata is still vulnerable to kill spells, you must be able to protect her. Mana Leak and Negate should do the trick most of the time.

- Once Etrata gets shuffled into your library, you will need to find her asap. Diabolic Tutor and Read the Bones can easy up the search, while Clutch of the Undercity also works. It is good to know that Fleshwrither can also drop Etrata straight onto the battlefield with its Transfigure ability.

Sideboard is filled with situational cards that can be obtained and used against specific decks. Wild Evocation can force opponents to cast their creatures for Etrata to exile, while cards like Zombify can drag Etrata back onto the field if your opponent has too many kill spells to handle.

Deck discussion for Budget Decks: Silent as Death

Fleshwrither solves the problem, I've been wondering how to do this cheaply for ages (fauna shaman makes the mana way too wonkey, and kiki jiki cant copy her D:)

Can I steal this a fiddle with It a bit?

Absolutely. These decks are not copyrighted in any way. :D

I happened to edit the deck a little bit. Well, sideboard mostly.

I removed the Hunted Dragons and replaced them with Wild Evocations. I only now understood that the Dragon doesn't work with Etrata (silly me), and decided that Wild Evocation not only would work better, it would also be a whole lotta funnier to play with!

I totally agree, that would be blast, and makes this deck far more dumb (in a good way!) if your going to take it to a multiplayer game!
