Inspired and requested by Misthoof.Sorry, but I have no idea that does this deck work. I have simply no experience on Storm decks.Umm... I guess you are supposed to cast some spells and keep going until you can finish your opponent off with all that damage from Grapeshot.

I can't help myself, this is too hilarious! However I gotta say that Storm decks are pretty hard to build on a budget since the rituals cost a decent amount of cash.

Yes. That's why I was unable to add Pyretic Ritual, Manamorphose and Gitaxian Probe.Damn those cards.
Sadly, with this build, there's no way to pull off the storm combo since there's no realistic way to dump mana into your pool and the only card that does it is your priest but is 3 mana as is.
Repeal looks like it would do great here. You can use it on their blockers or your 0 cost creatures and replay them adding another spell to the storm!

Storm entity? seem like something fun and budget frinedly
what is the purpose of memnite and ornithopter in here?
0 mana spells to add to Grapeshot + free blockers :)
I was wondering: does copying a spell count as 'playing' it?
It does not count.
