Deck Description

Are you bored? Does Magic: The Gathering feel old and vapid? Got any useless bucks in your bank account? Ladies and Gentlemen, I have solution.
Use your bank account on nearest MTG marketplace website and buy some cheap cards, craft a deck, and challenge your friends! To double the fun, ask your friend to create such a deck too!
The Budget Decks -series is meant for your free time! These are meant to inspire you, and deck's value is meant to be low! (Between 10 and 25 bucks.)

How to Play

Inspired by k-shroom.

This is a deck that is focused around Wrexial, the Risen Deep.
Cast spells that force cards into your opponent's graveyard, then (ab)use them by using cards like Rise from the Grave or Wrexial himself!

though the deck is fun id say this defiantly is in the lower tiers of budget decks you have built.

Doesn't mean its any less fun to play when played against other decks that are of a similar quality though!

Just gonna point out that if you want the price to go down (only like 50cents) you can switch the jwar-isle refuges with dismal backwaters. Also much easier to come by with Khans and FRF Printing them like mad.

Did you even try this deck? What's the win/loss ratio?

"I have no idea!"
People suggest a deck ideas to me. I'll craft them up without asking. The main point is not to win, but to have fun with your friends. Feel free to create your own version if you have any good ideas.

A couple of cards that would make this deck nasty and still budget. I would suggest Duress just for the discard from hand. I would also say Consuming Aberration would be so Mean. It's power and toughness are equal to the number of cards in all opponent's graveyard and when it attacks it mills. I've had it used against me and it can grow to be such a beast.

Also, jace's erasure and divination are nice for milling

Looks nice. I want to break into Modern and your budget decks are awesome, North. I like my Abzan Standard and I wanted to try to create an Abzan Modern, but it is crazy expensive. Any ideas on how to turn the Standard deck I have http://www.mtgvault.com/lorddeathseed/decks/abzan-aggro-reforged/ into a Modern Abzan Aggro like deck? This is the Abzan Modern deck that I found http://www.mtgvault.com/lorddeathseed/decks/podless-abzan-aggro-modern/

Might be difficult to fit it in with the budget but would you consider Memory Plunder? It is literally the card that is the definition of your deck.
