Deck Description

Are you bored? Does Magic: The Gathering feel old and vapid? Got any useless bucks in your bank account? Ladies and Gentlemen, I have solution.
Use your bank account on nearest MTG marketplace website and buy some cheap cards, craft a deck, and challenge your friends! To double the fun, ask your friend to create such a deck too!
The Budget Decks -series is meant for your free time! These are meant to inspire you, and deck's value is meant to be low! (Between 10 and 20 bucks.)

How to Play

Inspired by chevanton19 and my friend, who is known as TheKong98.

This all-standard blue green deck is based around the classic Morph-mechanic. Cast creatures face-down for three mana, then suddenly reveal them when you pay their morphing costs. You usually save some mana, get an element of surprise and maybe even get additional profit with cards like Icefeather Aven, Sagu Mauler, Thousand Winds and Secret Plans!

Classic mechanic, new cards, some serious fun.

how do flicker abilities work with morph for when it's face-up? can it become face-down again?

No. It comes back into play face up. Same is true when it is face down. It will come back face up.

Which is a great way to play things like sagu mauler for 4 mama, 3 to morph and 1 to cloudshift

Ghostfire blade synergy with morph tokens is pretty sexy. Morph is pretty cool in general, playing mindgames with your opponent. I can almost feel my opponent writhe in agony trying to play around morph tokens. Simply delicious.

OH! Exactly what i was looking for!
I don't own all the cards in the list, or i don't have the 4x of some.

But this could serve well as a guideline, i'll build my own, and post it back!

Thanks a lot, appreciate so much!

I kinda like Dragon Eye Savant and Master of Pearls.

A neat card to consider could be something like Polymorphous Rush. It can make your 2/2 morphs rather dangerous if there is something powerful on the field and you attack with several. Suddenly those 2/2s could be just about anything! :D
