Doran is damn cool commander! He makes the game go upside down.Every creature beats damage equal to their toughness, so this does not mean good to aggressive decks.This is a pretty weird deck, but I hope you enjoy it.By the way, have you ever thought how awesome it would be to kill your opponent with Tower Defense?

Axebane Guardian looks like he can help with all your defenders. I'm not sure what the exact budget is, but Murmuring Bosk is a beautiful land for this deck.

Oh.my.god. A BUDGET Doran deck? I love you!!!Some suggestions:1. Weatherseed Treefolk doesn't really fit into the theme, and can be semi-hard to cast. I would suggest either Angel of Finality, Brawn, or Deadwood Treefolk. 2. Cards to protect your general! Swiftfoot Boots, Whispersilk Cloak, Eland Umbra etc.3. Bazaar Krovod for Kami of the Old Stone (slightly weaker, but buffs another creature whenever it attacks)4. Some Anti-Flier cards (spiders --> most of them have high toughness)5. Some cards that may be worth putting into the deck (but I don't know what to replace XD): Accorder's Shield/Kite Shield/Vanguard's Shield, Slagwurm Armor, Spidersilk Net, Sword of the ParunsA magnificent deck nevertheless!

Interesting... I don't normally like EDH decks, (they seem too inconsistent because everything is singletons) but I LOVE Doran. :) this is kinda cool. :)
