This is red-blue deck that tries to hold down your opponent with constant spells, while trying to finish them off with burn spells and creatures like Shivan Dragon, Tromokratis and Phantom Warrior.-Early-game creatures of this deck are Seacoast Drake and Goblin Electromancer.-This deck contains lots and lots of removal cards, so your opponent better watch out!

This deck could be really annoying to fight against XDMy suggestion would be:1. Replacing Griptide with Rapid Hybridization (can act as either a removal or to generate a 3/3 token for yourself)2. A single Epic Experiment (with Guttersnipe, this could end games :) )3. Whelming Wave (essentially everyone but our little Trommy :) )
