Considering the cards that came to us in fate reforged, I seriously think that people should start playing decks like this.
Get out early prowess creatures, then burn your opponents or their creatures, and activate prowess on all of your creatures. Also, copy your burn with soulfire grandmaster, then gain a whole bunch of life from that and seeker of the way, and then when you cast those burn spells, it will activate monastery mentor's ability and give you a whole bunch of 1/1s with prowess you can beef up by casting more burn. OR, you can use the 1/1s to convoke for stoke the flames. Finally, whenever an opponent casts one of those pesky removal spells or whatever, or you just don't want one of your creatures to die in combat, or you want to get rid of a threat an opponent has, valorous stance, baby!
