This deck is in ECO TCG format, (which stands for Each Card Once, Thirty Card Games) which is a format I created where there are only 30 cards, but you can only have one copy of each card, other than basic lands, and you can only have 1 mythic rare. Also, because mill would be too overpowered, at the beginning of your upkeep, if you can't draw a card, nothing happens. Other than that, the rules are just like constructed.
Just get out creatures and then play non-creature spells to boost yourself or weaken the opponent, activating prowess, which boosts your creatures!
