Yes, but if I'm not mistaken, you only have ONE activated ability. That is from Falkenrath Aristocrat. Everything else is Triggers.
Experiment One has an activated ability but for the most part you're right. I would not put bracers into this deck.
I didn't take Experiment One into account because it's ability really doesn't do much with the Bracers other then giving it double regen, kinda pointless
