Deck Description

I usually play a deck filled with big beats, this is an endeavor to get out of my comfort zone and play some weird magic. NO CREATURES ALLOWED and for shits and giggles lets make every creature you draw the worst card you could have drawn in that moment.

How to Play

Meant for multiplayer, let your opponents whittle each other down and sit back and make yourself the most unappealing target around while keeping everyone's board in check. Wait then use one of our win conditions to seal the deal, or take some of theirs.

Deck discussion for Jeleva, A New Level of Dickery

Good luck with it. I tried a esper version of this with Sydri, and it flat out didn't work. Once everyone realized what was up I was the archenemy because nobody wanted to deal with all the Overburden and Invoke Prejudice type effects. You can maybe handle auto-archenemy with some kind of a tightly tuned Derevi or Kozilek or Zur list or whatever, but I couldn't make it work, and it made for crappy, long, unfun games when it did kinda work. Seriously, I think the two games I did win were like 90+ min affairs with people mostly just passing turns because they couldn't or didn't want to do much, and staring at their phones waiting to go again.

But maybe your meta will be different and it'll be less grueling. Good luck with it.

I thought about that, I might morph it to be a little less creature hate in general and more stuff like propaganda that doesn't make a difference unless you're swinging at me. My group runs a couple super-powered decks that generally take 2-3 people ganging up to take them on, although it could just be who's piloting the deck. My main deck is Kruphix, this is a new approach for me. Here's hoping lol.
