i suggest getting rid of the unicorns, they are just there whereas there is an almost constant supply of Pegasus's good deck. i might suggest pegasus refuge, mistral charger, and pegasus charger.
I don't know if Storm Herd can benefit as much as you might want. You don't have any life gain cards so, basically, 20 is your max, and 10 mana is awhile, even with Gauntlet of Power and Extrap Lens. I agree, you can sack the unicorns, and maybe throw in Holy Day, Awe Strike, Angelic Chorus, or something defensive to really max out Storm Herds effect. Plus, find something better to draw with (Mesa Enchantress might help since you have a lot of enchantments)

I have to ask, why do you have an oblivion ring in here, is it just to get big monsters that could threaten you, or is there some combo i'm not seeing?
No Combo, it's simply a removal to get rid of creatures, enchantments or planewalkers.
