I've had a copy of Tibalt just laying around for months, so I decided to build a deck around him. The underlying theme of the deck is simply chaos and chance. I wanted this deck to be able to turn the tables of the game on a moments notice, not necessarily for the better or worse, I just wanted it to be able to CHANGE the flow of the game. This isn't a deck I would seriously consider using for a win, its just a deck I thought would be fun to create around Tibalt.
