Utilises metalcraft and myr, and eqps to speed up your atk. This set is made entirely from scars cards, as i just played MTG and dont have cards from other blocks. Pls give me your comments on how to improve. Best Combo: 1)Edgewright+strata scythe (always causes a near death, imagine double striking for 18 dmg!) 2)accordor shield+darksteel+spellbom+myr (metalcraft by turn 2) 3) Sword of body and mind+edgewright (your opponent throws away 20 cards!2 hits and most likely you win!) You use the weenies from the spellbomb to buy you enough time to reach 4 lands, then straight away use strata scythe on your creature. I try this a few times and it works! Arrest, revoke existence to counter and punish those who try to get off fancy combos eg: Quest for holy relic +argentum armor,etc In short, a normal white deck, with counters.

Considering you have strata cythe in their, i suggest you add some sunspear shikari when equipped they become beast btw I swapt strata cythe in for sword of vengeance just because it works so swell with shikari and edgewright

no, it isn't. Dude, what i was saying is that sunspear shikari and strata scythe are a great combo. I wasnt talking about sunspear shikari and sword of vengeance because S.O.V already gives the equipped creature first strike and why would i insist you to combine SOV with Shikari if his ability states that when equipped he gains first strike and lifelink? Dont mind any of that., think about it if you have five plains on the field thats a +5/+5 to your strata scyth and when equipped to Shikari he becomes 7/7 whith life link AND first strike Just for 3 mana(Strata scythes cost), and 2 mana( sunspear shikari), you have an inexpensive creature that can take nearly any obstacle out of your way oh and lets say someone destroys or exiles sunspear shikari, pay JUST 2MANA, equip for another three, and your ready to kick some more butt. hey, you might even have 7 lands on the field later on in the game dude, +9/+9 WITH FIRST STRIKE AND LIFELINK i CANNOT EMPHASISE ANYMORE HOW GREAT SUNSPEAR SHIKARI IS OF A COMMON

You can throw in some condems since their the new path to exile some say, or even some emerge unscathed so you can protect your combo, rebound it on your turn and swing for free unblocked. That is if it's not an artifact creature thats attacking you. You can also try to side in some fulgent distractions to stop two creatures and make them pay more mana to re equip next turn. Should give you a +1 turn early on especially if they are running weenie equip or infect rush with livewire lash. But yes, overall great deck and nice use of scars cards only.

Yea, i thought of fulgent distraction but arrest do a better job in my opinion. i tried it versus a white quest deck and it screw him up pretty badly. But it is definitely worth adding to my side deck. Thnx!
I was wrong, fulgent distraction is impressive versus livewire leash demons. I am super amazed!
i have a metalcraft i made myself its a very nice deck this one is nice but i enjoy useing my elspeth in ext to hit for 20 on turn 5 like i done several times at its first tourny lol
ok going off scars right, i have a myrs deck i just ran in tourney today, advice i was given is take spell bombs out they are are highly used and ineffective for what ur trying to do. my personal advice would be add in 4 myrsmith, for every artifact spell u can tap a land gain a 1/1 myr and keep myrsmith without sacing anything. id also put in the dispence justice main hand and sideboard darksteel axe, add steel overseer if ur really worried about adding attack. and if u want unlimited attack can always add some myr galvanizers and run the unlimited combo of galvanizers and overseer. and if u need weenies u can use memnites and onorcopters they cost 0 to play. but as far as concept its decent. look forward to seeing how it does in play

Why not liquid metal coating? It counts as two artifacts (most of the time), its cheap AND you can turn any permanent your oponent has into an artifact and exile it with Revoke Resistence
I thought about that, but it doesnt seem very viable. True you can achive metalcraft faster, but if tats all its gonna do. Yes, you can use it to revoke other permanents but i can help but feel it as a poor choice as i am playing mono white, with little anti artifact spells. Correct me if i am wrg, i just played like a month ago

This deck is nice but I have a lot of mana problems with it! Sometimes I get no plains at all.
put dispense justice into your deck, not your sideboard. its too valuable unless you're against non-creature decks. use ardent recruit instead of ghalma's warden, if you want to, use liquimetal coating to accelerate metalcraft, it also gives +1/+1. get "true conviction" as a win condition. you'll see what i mean when you see it. get rid of auriok sunchaser and use glint hawk idol. you dont need mana acceleration. its way to expensive. you could have dropped 2 ardent recruits, possibly with metalcraft so two 3/3s instead of a worthless 1/1 that only yields one mana for 2 mana the NEXT turn.
