Spellstutter Sprite does count itself.

Dean - So, I made some changes as you can see. It's a Faerie deck rather than a Rogue Faerie deck.

It focuses on the Flash mechanic and dropping creatures in when you want and then returning them to your hand so that you can always play what you need.
Quickling + Spellstutter Sprite is mean.
Faerie Tauntings combos good with any Flash card. Work well in Multiplayer as well, but makes you a target.
Get two scions out and all of a sudden all your Faeries have +2/+2 and are all protected by Shroud, which is why I have nothing in the deck that requires you to target your own creatures.
Bitterblossom may seem crazy, but it allows you to keep putting a creature out every turn. If you don't like it I would add one more Faerie Taunting and Morsel Theft.

Oona, Queen of the Fay + Bitterblossom + Scions of Oona will help you swing with a large amount of decent sized Faeries.

Dean - This deck hurts my feelings when I look at it. Why no awesome owls of death like Tidehollow Strix?

Dean - I added a few cards into the side board for you to look at. Didn't price any out. But, they are meant to help with mana ramp. As monstrosity is a heavy mana investment. Also, Acidic Slime adds a decent creature, but its ability is very clutch.

Thinking of pulling Strangleroot Geist, Devouring Greed, and Ponder for Birds of Paradise, Elvish Pipers, and Sylvan Caryatid. Also obviously need to sub basic lands for non-basic but don't know the best options. My tri-color lands all include green as that will be most necessary for the bulk of my creatures. At first wasn't sure if Piper's were needed but with all the large Dragon Spirits I run into issues into not being able to play them from my hand till too late in the game.

Like the idea behind initial deck i found. However, want to incorporate Ryusei, The Falling Star. The main problem I'm having is how slow it is. Need to figure out best options from sideboard to speed it up i.e. Elvish Pipers, tri-colored mana, Terramorphic Expanse.... Ideas? The idea is to stay near or at 60 cards......might be tricky though. These are the best/most cost efficient lands I can find.
