When your opponents have 0 cards in their hands, use Painful Quandary and it's all over!Use your zombietokens (from Waste Not) with Grave Pact to clear the Battlefield if needed.

Personally i find the deck to be too reliant on Hypnotic Horror since it's really your only discard mechanic

Well the true discard bomb in the deck is the 'Waste Not' + 'Words of Waste' combo. But i agree, that a bad first hand can put you in a bad position. Could also use the Lamia in the sideboard. I also thought about replacing Liliana's Caress with 'Scythe Specter'.
