You seem to have a lot of more expensive creatures going on here. Cheaper ones such as Soul Warden or Mogg Fanatic might help for early defense. I am also a big fan of Thundersong Trumpeter in W/R decks. I would also up the number of Exalted or Battlegrace Angel and take out Brion and the Twilight Shepherd. Serra Avenger is also a solid angel for very little mana. So far as other spells, get rid of the Lightning Talons for Oblivion Ring, and get more Incinerate and Lightning Helix in place of Sunlance and Puncture Bolt. Seething Song or Rite of Flame will make it easier to play your angels, and make sure you have lots of mana out for extra burn spells and the Decree. Finally, some lands such as Battlefield Forge, Sacred Foundry, or Rugged Prairie would make sure you have the right colors out for your spells.

Umm i think it is good but umm you should have more sigil of the empty thrones and yeah i agree with dragon child you should have stuff like soul warden and combo it with the sigil that way when the token comes into play you gain life and if you have more then 1 you gain even mor life like you have 4 you play a enchantment gain 4 life and 4 tokens so yeah.
